I reckon the authorities in Arizona will start carrying these skin color charts around to determine "reasonable suspicion" and who can be detained. My guess is that anyone above #14 may indicate criminal propensity. I am about #12 right now but I get out in the sun a bit and I might jump right up to #25! (Damn those Sicilian genes). No retiring to Yuma for me I guess. Down in Mexico a few yrs ago I got stopped going in to a swanky tourist hotel because they thought I was a poor Mexican! but my fair skinned wife and the kids walked right through. Sicilians are said to be the universal minority, we can pass for anything from a Mohican to a Muslim. We are often called "plain clothed Jews." Things keep going this way sunblock will be considered survival equiptment! Of course, most of the murder, rape, genocide, colonization done in the world the last 200 yrs or so was done by people with skin tones 1 thru 10. I ain’t saying that there’s something inside white folks that makes them genetically prone to violent antisocial behavior (I focus more on culture than Genetics). its just that folks 11 thru 36 would be wise to keep on eye on people one thru ten. One of my wife’s doctors is about a #24, and I hope he don't get picked up on the way to do her surgery on Monday! Most of the best docs in Germany were Jewish and the Nazi higher ups would sneak around to see them after it became illegal, until they were sent to the camps.

  1. I am also interested in the study of very early christianity. I am currently reading, Walter Bauer's _Orthodoxy and Heresy in Earliest Christianity_. I have studied the topic for almost 20 years now. I have read a number of other of the great works on this topic like Strauss, Harnack, Schweitzer, two additional Bauers (FC & Bruno), and many many others, but this is my current read.

I am always interested in meeting others that are interested in the study of earliest christianity to have ongoing conversations and share reading lists, etc... you can contact me by email at RichGriese@gmail.com

Do you have specific aspect of the study that interest you, that you might be interested in discussing, and perhaps having on going discussions on the topic in general? Feel free to email me to talk about it.

My main interest is the very earliest period. Perhaps from the modified Messiah idea that may have begun around the time of the Maccabean revolt through the beginnings of christianity itself, till the Council of Nicea in 325CE, and perhaps a few years after that as some of the results of that council took effect.

On my main site I don't post my christian history posts, since most people have no interest in christian history, so I try to make my main site more of a general purpose one. But I do post on christian history topics, and collect resources and links that others interested in the subject may find useful. I am happy to share these with folks that are interested in that kind of thing.

    Cheers!

  2. My neurosurgeon is between a 35-36 and thankfully he was not stopped on the way to the hospital.... THIS IS SCARY! All races have been a part of some kind of genocide some time during history... It is sick but true.

  3. Is that chart for real? I used to live in AZ for 12 years and will not live there now. It has become a fascist state. Not to mention it had fascist tendencies to start with. I live in NM now and with my fair skin and blue eyes, does not make me very popular in some parts of town. But my Jewish husband is accepted here. They call him "homegrown" and "homeboy".
